NEX AR®The system is a fast, automated inline instrument that supports high-throughput processing of samples and arrays.Nexar utilizes innovative ArrayTapeTM(Array tape and reel) series of consumables, capable of operating with high accuracy and accuracy.Nexar modules can be stored and obtained with a variety of samples and reagents, separated into 96- and 384-well arrays in sub-microliters, providing incubation, thermal cycling and more to support a variety of laboratory applications.In addition to increasing throughput and reducing the cost per data point, the Nexar system provides consistent high-quality data.

Endpoint PCR

Nexar, Soellex water bath thermal cycling system and Araya fluorescence detector provide an ideal platform for endpoint PCR—minimization of reaction systems, reduced cost of consumables and truly high throughput capabilities, creating an efficient data generation system that isIt can significantly reduce the cost of a single data point and greatly improve throughput.This system is compatible with crudely extracted DNA samples and allows for flexibly selecting chemical reagents.

Endpoint isothermal DNA amplification

Nexar system optimizes the isothermal DNA amplification technology, which integrates liquid processing, incubation and detection processes, can achieve fully automated operations and achieve exponential nucleotide amplification under constant temperature conditions.The entire process takes only 15 minutes or less.

The Nexar system supports high throughput sample and reagent processing with interchangeable dual nozzle dispensers, a range of flexible distribution solutions.

ComeThe parallel channel pipetting operation of each plate uses a CyBio LDH tube head.Using a 96 or 384 tip, samples and reagents can be quickly distributed into an Array Tape (range: 600nL to 800nL).

Storage of microplate

The standard series of microplate delivery systems contain up to 20 microplate.For more microplates, Nexar can be equipped with AmbiStore™ from HighRes Biosolution; a high-capacity, random sampling disc delivery system (its M model can manage up to 672 microplates of 96-well or 384-well).

Tape and reel seal

array tape®The sealing management of the tape reel is achieved through the inline tape reel sealing module.After the liquid is dispensed, the Array Tape is automatically sealed to protect the reaction in each well and eliminate the possibility of amplification contamination.Optional cooling plates that will delay sample reaction time before amplification and detection.
