First, please order KASP primers (KBD or KOD) and KASP Master mix according to your needs.

If your lab has qPCR devices such as ABI7500/7900, Bio-Rad or Roche LC480, you can start the KASP experiment after you receive the KASP primer (KBD or KOD) and KASP Master Mix products.
